Lingua Player is built for learners who want more than a standard video player. Instead of switching between a player, translator, notes app, and flashcard tool, you can keep the whole study flow in one place.
WATCH WITH SUBTITLES
Use subtitles to follow natural speech in movies, lessons, web videos, and your own video files. Lingua Player supports videos from the built-in browser, YouTube, the file system, and offline storage on your iPhone.
TRANSLATE WHILE WATCHING
Translate subtitles when a phrase is unclear. Online translation services are available, and offline translation helps you keep studying when you do not have a stable internet connection.
BUILD VOCABULARY FROM REAL CONTEXT
When you find a useful word, save it from the video and review it later. Flashcards are connected to your learning flow, so new vocabulary comes from the content you actually watch.
REVIEW WITH SPACED REPETITION
