REFRESH THE SENSES WELCOME RITUAL A moment of alignment and personal contact between therapist and guest. The guest is welcomed with a cold towel compressed with lemon essential oils, iced lemongrass tea and a foot bath with bath salts. The therapist cleanses the guest’s feet after the foot soak and gives massages on the guest’s hands and legs. The guest is then prepped for the treatment and every start of the treatment begins with a few very natural movements with light pressure to encourage a deep constant breath thus encouraging the release of negative energies and the creation of space for positive healing.
