Get lean with me LOCKIE! You may have seen me on the ITV show TOWIE and you know my passion for fitness. This lead me to create this app to help you get LEAN and FIT. Weeks get harder as you progress. -12 Week Fitness Plan for Women – I have worked with a Female PT and designed a female training planning to help you get Lean. This focuses more on trimming your waist and growing your glutes. -Meal Options for men and women – I have put together some of my favourite healthy meals which you can follow to be healthier -Videos for all exercises – Form is super important to me so I have worked with PT’s and filmed videos for each exercises to make sure you complete everything properly -Tracking – I have made the workout with a full tracking system, where it counts your time spent, reps, sets all automatically so through the 12 weeks you can stay motivated and reach your goals. -Exclusive videos from me – This app is not a one-time thing – I will be regularly adding videos of my own training and to motivate you so I would love for you to join and do this!
