Use this app to advertise or search for affordable rental property across the UK - it’s a free service for both landlords and tenants. Landlords can quickly upload property details and photographs to advertise their vacancies. Tenants can search for available properties in their current location, by postcode or a specific area. All rents are compared to the relevant local housing benefit amount, showing in green when a rent is equal to or less than the maximum amount of housing benefit, or in red when the rent is over this amount. To get started, register as a landlord or as a tenant, or sign-in with your existing username and password if you’ve already registered through our website.
