Lexus Enform™ App Suite is an advanced in-car multimedia experience that keeps you and your vehicle connected. Lexus Enform™ App Suite is a collection of popular mobile applications and data services integrated with select 2012 and newer Lexus models (excluding the 2018 LC, LS, NX, RC, and the 2019-2020 LC, LS, NX, RC, ES, and UX vehicles equipped with Enform App Suite 2.0). The platform is included with your vehicle, at no additional or annual charge. Once your smart phone is connected to the vehicle using Bluetooth® wireless technology, you can use the available Lexus Enform App Suite apps using your vehicles multimedia screen and controls, with many features available using voice recognition. I have a 2017 NX app is a complete waste to start you constantly have to sign in. Why? Tenor error all the time does not work with the IPhone 8 plus you call lexus and the are clueless.

Very sad. Own a 16RX & 17GX. Enform Remote stopped working last month. Lexus Support answer always the same - system update... can't fix but will create a tech tkt for you and someone will get back to you in 24hrs. Never happens. Owned Lexus's for 17 years, these will be my last. Great cars but they just don't get the technology.

Totally useless. I have had other technology issues ever since I purchased the Lexus. Beginning to regret I ever brought a Lexus. My brother has a GM car and he is able to use Android Auto for all his apps. Unfortunately, Lexus refuses to go with this technology and insists on having their own poorly designed app. Sad to say but I will never buy another Lexus. Will keep the car for another year or two and then trade it off for another car that supports the Android app technology.
