You have, probably, heard of The Renaissance, seen Mona Lisa and a few other paintings by Leonardo Da Vinci. So have we, together with seeing a few documentaries and reading a couple of books. But something was missing, we could not “feel” the times he was living in, could not grasp the atmosphere in which Leonardo was creating his famous works. Without deeper knowledge, they remained just “pretty pictures” devoid of meaning and essence.
This is not a complete collection of Leonardo’s works, neither is it a comprehensive study of his life but it is a step towards a better understanding of Da Vinci’s genius and it worked for us. We hope it works for you too.
