This App provides a live lightning strike map. Also send notifications of local strikes. Lighting is the most fascinating aspect of the weather. Nothing can beat watching a storm or hearing a loud crack of thunder, waiting for it to come closer. There are 16 million lightning storms each year. The discharge of atmospheric electricity can reach temperatures approaching 30,000 degrees C and travels at 140,000 mph. No wonder they are fascinating to watch! Map locations supported US / Europe / Oceania / Japan. However data coverage mainly in Europe and US. Data with permission from www.blitzortung.org Please dont do anything stupid with this app or the data, Maddisys Ltd will accept no liability if you do.

its a good idea for this. but can you refresh the map about 1 minute? because its not automatiquely self refresh... Très bonne application avec suivi en direct des points dimpacts. Idéal pour le chasseur dorage, permet de suivre lévolution dun front et se diriger vers les zones les plus actives.
