Description
With the LightSpeed app, you can set the color, speed, and movement pattern of the LED light in your school or organizations LightSpeed Sprint system, which will pace you through your workout. You can also save and reload workouts, add multiple reps, and track your actual time splits via the systems easy to use, wireless timing sensors. Timing sensors can also be used in standalone mode, without the associated LED system, if desired.
