The LightspeedEVO app is a new convenient way of accessing your dealership information to help manage your business anywhere, anytime on your Apple device. It provides a fast, intuitive, and secure mobile integration to the LightspeedEVO dealer management system. The app is available free of charge to all dealers running the hosted LightspeedEVO application. Features will display based on modules purchased. KEY FEATURES Chart Reports: • Users can run any custom reports that have been activated for charting. • The reports are real-time, similar to running them on the desktop. • All "chartable" reports are displayed, but only users with security for the individual fields can run the reports. • Similar to the desktop version, users can drill down if a second group exists on the custom report. • Easy search option allows user to find reports; reports are grouped by category. • The same filters that are on the desktop version are present on the mobile version. DOC Report • Controller or owner can view high level P&L per department. • The P&L view includes the revenue, gross margin & net profit. • The gross margin and net profit can be viewed in either $ or % figures. • The number of counts (example, # of RO’s cashiered) are included. • The report can be viewed daily, monthly or yearly. • Can input monthly targets as well as a gross % and net % target and compare against actual numbers. • The DOC can be run on both the tablet and phone. • For multi-store dealers who share accounting, they can combine stores to view totals. Service Check-In • Greet your customers when they drop off their bike, boat, or RV for service. • Create new or select existing customer (& customer units) for check-in. • Easily view and select standard jobs to create new tasks for the check-in. • Enter RO notes, take photos, and capture the customer’s signature. • Select any customers already listed on the EVO service scheduler to create new check-in. • If you get interrupted during the check-in process, you can save your work, start a new check-in and come back later to finish the original check-in. • Once the check-in is complete, you can create an estimate that will save to the LightspeedEVO DMS program. Customer Lookup • Look up customer records, view address, phone and contact info. Parts Lookup • Look up parts inventory information; view descriptions, available quantities, location, and date information. Quick Quote • View outstanding deals and quotes from your hosted LightspeedEVO system. • Create, view and edit a Mobile Quote that lets you quickly initiate a transaction with a customer by entering the customer, a unit and a few pricing fields to get a monthly payment. • When a new Mobile Quote has been created, if you have the LightspeedCEM module, a new lead will automatically be created to allow you to track the customer for follow up purposes. INSTALL To authorize, use your Dealer ID and Remote Authorization Password found in the LightspeedEVO desktop application under the Help - System Info menu. This information is only needed when using the mobile application for the first time. Each subsequent use, you will be asked for your LightspeedEVO username and password. REQUIREMENTS All hosted LightspeedEVO dealers will have access to mobile functionality.
