Listening Into Action (LiA) at Mac App Store analyse

LiA CrowdFixing enables NHS organisations to engage 1000s staff quickly around ‘hot topics’ that they say matter to them. An LiA CrowdFixing event is launched via the App; staff share their simple, feasible ideas for action over 10 days; ideas are summarised and go straight to Board who commit to 10 vital changes which are publicised; the full set of ideas is then shared back with staff so they can deliver their own actions in their own areas based on what matters most to them.
