To avoid unnecessary data consumption deactivate the tracker after the race is finished. Please note that the quality of data is dependent on the GPS reception of the device and the network availability. Please check the contract of your cellphone as additional costs may apply when sending and receiving data over the internet. When tracking the GPS position the GPS is active in the background. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
