Description
LocaTalk is an app that you can communicate with neighbors.
Its not like (closed) chat apps. When you post a message, it will reach all the near peoples using this app.
If no one exists, this post is left for a note. After that, when another user come, he can see your post.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
If you dont want to run background, you can disable this feauture in setting tab.
HINT: You can use this app for writing tips of the spot.
