Contains over 60 documented map-based views from this area of outstanding natural beauty and cultural significance, including: *** Loch Lomond, Balloch, Luss, Tarbet, Helensburgh, Rhu, Rowardennan, Drymen, Gartmore, Aberfoyle, Callander, Loch Katrine, Brig OTurk, Inversnaid, Ardlui, The Drovers Inn, Crianlarich, Tyndrum, Killin, St Fillans, Glen Finglas, Strathyre, Balquidder, Lochearnhead, Rob Roy, the Clans, and Local History *** We describe the social and historical changes that have taken place between the images within the guide, from over a century ago to the present day. Use the image-slider to fade between the Then & Now images to reveal the changes that have taken place, reading the accompanying commentary explaining each view. The app can also show your location on the map whilst navigating Loch Lomond and the Trossachs (requires network connection).
