Description
Loclfeed is a GIS-based messaging app for public service organisations (PSOs), e.g. local municipalities, town councils, emergency service agencies, etc.
PSOs can broadcast location-targeted messages using their existing GIS feature classes hosted on ESRI’s ArcGIS Online portal.
Broadcasting messages is relatively straight-forward:
- add a polygon feature layer to the app from your ArcGIS Online account;
- select polygon features by tapping them;
- compose a message and send;
- residents located within your selected polygon(s) will receive the message (if they are using the Loclfeed app).
