LocoTruck customers are informed by email when a new bid by a driver is submitted. Customers can communicate with all drivers by posting a message. Drivers can respond to the message without knowing any personal details of each other. This is ideal if the customer or driver needs to clarify something.
LocoTruck customers can add items to a move including pictures of the things they are moving, this helps the drivers understand precisely what is being moved so that they can bid more effectively.
