Logical Mail helps your email promotion and communication, and accelerates your business.

Logical Mail can create suitable emails for each recipient as you like by Variable System and Preview System. And hand the emails to Mail.app for sending them safely.

- Variable System
Some information of each email recipient (or some phrases you like) can be inserted in the place where you enter a variable with [*~] format.
A variable is now effective in the fields for subject, body, CC and BCC in a email template.

In this App, 2 kinds of variables can be used.
They are "Common Variable" and "User Variable."

1) Common Variable is prepared for simply inserting some information of each recipient into email.
For example, a company name of each recipient comes in a place where you enter the variable, "[*company_name]".

2) User Variable is the variable whose inserting contents are changed by a condition set by user.
Its useful when you want to revise the e-mail contents partly for your biggest customer. Also, when set CC and/or BCC on some e-mails.

The input button is prepared for entering these variables without typing.


- Preview System
When you preview the emails, variables are converted into proper expressions. And the destination, subject, body, CC, BCC and attachments are displayed for each recipient.
Then, you can modify the previewed emails to send them.


- How to import contacts
You can import contacts from Address Book or CSV/TSV files.
