A variable is now effective in the fields for subject, body, CC and BCC in a email template. In this App, 2 kinds of variables can be used. They are "Common Variable" and "User Variable." 1) Common Variable is prepared for simply inserting some information of each recipient into email. For example, a company name of each recipient comes in a place where you enter the variable, "[*company_name]". 2) User Variable is the variable whose inserting contents are changed by a condition set by user. Its useful when you want to revise the e-mail contents partly for your biggest customer. Also, when set CC and/or BCC on some e-mails. The input button is prepared for entering these variables without typing. - Preview System When you preview the emails, variables are converted into proper expressions. And the destination, subject, body, CC, BCC and attachments are displayed for each recipient.
