Dive Professional Training and Development: LSD Scuba will offer its clients a training service whereby LSD Scuba will train the professional scuba diving staff of its clients to be able to deliver PADI courses. This is a "train the trainer" concept. New Dive Site Identification: LSD Scuba will provide new dive site identification services to its clients. LSD Scuba will help its clients to identify and map new dive sites in close proximity to the dive school locations of its clients. Marketing Consultancy Services: LSD Scuba will provide consultancy advice to its scuba diving school clients about how to conduct promotional activities designed to generate business for their diving school. A key aspect to this advice will involve providing advice on how to partner with tour operators, hotels and travel agents in order to maximise the chances that tourists will take up the challenge and excitement of scuba diving whilst on their vacation. Scuba Club: LSD Scuba will consult with its clients on the best way of setting up a scuba club linked to a dive school. Pro Bono Work: Finally, but importantly, LSD Scuba will advise its clients who wish to commence or expand their pro bono activities on ways to do this. In the diving industry, such pro bono projects typically benefit underprivileged local children and other local charitable organisations.
