Learn the mechanics of long division with a touch interface. Drag digits down, slide the decimal into the correct position, and tap to identify repeating decimals. Say you have 8)256. Drag 8 into ‘25’ and find the correct multiple. Then drag the 6 down and finish the problem! Learning long division can be enjoyable when you’re not slowed down by pencil/paper or lost without instant feedback. Master long division by practicing on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch! Im studying for the GMAT and forgot a lot of the rules of long division. I spent 20 mins or so in this app and it was totally worth it. Ive remembered long division and its rules through practicing.

As an adult who never understood division (Im one of those people whos great with language and terrible at math), Im happy to say that, at 28 years old, I can finally divide! Its the little things in life, you know? I dont know if this app is an effective teaching tool for children but it sure worked for me!

Mais malheureusement, en France on ne pose pas les divisions de la même façon ( diviseur à droite et non à gauche, résultat dessous). Donc honnêtement, cest juste inutilisable pour un enfant dune école française. Sinon, cétait bien ! Impossible to use it in France, because the division is not written the same way. Too bad.

Très sympa et utile, ça y est, maintenant je me souviens comment diviser à la main grâce à ce programme bien fichu et gratuit. Par contre la notation est très bizarre, ça doit être encore un coup des anglais ! ;) C’est à l’envers par rapport à ce que j’ai appris en France, dommage. Mais c’est gratuit et avec un petit effort d’adaptation on se rappelle du principe.

Die App ist wirklich nett gemacht und durch die Einführung wird auch alles gut erklärt. Ruckzuck erinnert man sich wieder an die schriftliche Division! Allerdings ist nach der Einführung und EINER Übungsaufgabe Schluss und weitere Aufgaben müssen für 0,89€ freigeschaltet werden! Für mich ein bisschen viel um nur ein paar Nummern hinunter zuschieben. Eigene Aufgaben sind auch nicht zu erstellen, schade! Nettes App, aber später sinnlos
