How it works?
The cerebrum has two halves: the left and right hemispheres. The left part controls the right side of the body. The right part controls the left side of the body. We need practice to make the two hemispheres work smoothly together.
Our eyes need a similar hemisphere cooperation training. The LOOPY8 is the exercise to stimulate the crossing of the visual center line. By symmetrically performing the hand- and eye -movements, the balance of both hemispheres is stimulated. Your brain will experience reduced stress and improved concentration.
