Cant order anything through the app, cant get prices through the app, cant look at crate options through the app, and cant even log in to accounts through the app. Dont bother with the app, just go straight to the website.

Why cant I sign on?

This app would b e useful if I could sign on. There a load of pointless features. But not what I actually want. I want to be able to sign on. And order a crate. Is that so hard? Maybe show some previous crates I bought. Talk about not focusing on the important things.

I have been a member since the beginning, and it had always came with a ton of items. After a few months there was only a few items I liked. Now however nothing is neat or anything. Its just junk. I also get frustrated when I upgraded to the girl one and so far its only come with two small things. So not worth it and am on the urge of stopping them. I will add that when they sent me the wrong size legging there where quick to send me the right size, so thanks for that.

I cant wait to receive my first Loot Crate! However... In applying I accidentally selected the 12 month subscription instead of the monthly one... So I am now currently out by $200+ and there is no way that I can find to receive a refund and just subscribe for the monthly Loot Crate

Its difficult to navigate through the different crates and past crates. Cant really do much on the app so I deleted it.

...that I am a collector of worthless items that amount to about $5 in value that I pay upwards of $100 to Loot Crate for. On top of this, whoever hit the "submit" button to upload this abysmal and absolutely worthless excuse for an application should never be allowed to use a keyboard again in his or her life.
