Gute App, es hilft zur Entspannung; ob es auch zum abnehmen hilft, muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Da gehört wohl mehr zu als nur Hypnose.

Wow! Im totally freaked out! Lol in a good way! There are some super scary parts but if you grin an bare it, then it just gets cooler an cooler! I felt my body become weightless (which was a shock cuz Im a heavy gal!) the voice is so soothing an calming, but yes there are some freaky moments, buts thats because ITS WORKING! You fully ingulf yourself in the voice an its so freakin cool! I love it! For a free app, this is incredible!
