Create a diet group full of people EXACTLY like you. Simply set up a personal profile and you’ll be sent matches – people of a similar age, weight and the same sex who share your food and exercise habits. (Good or bad!) Follow the dieters who inspire and start dropping the pounds together.
It’s quick and easy to set up a Loserz profile. Your age and weight will be used to help us make a match but don’t worry, they won’t show on your profile – it’s our secret.
Post up your profile and you’ll receive matches. Follow the Loserz who look fun, inspiring, determined, clued up, quirky or supportive to create a dieting social network that suits you to a tee.
Remember that your matches will be dieters who share your eating, exercise and lifestyle habits – so you’ll have lots in common.
You can post pictures, diet news, best recipes, restaurant finds, weight loss tips and show off your successes (or fess up to the odd disaster) to a group who will be cheering you all the way.
Comment and like your new friends’ posts and receive their support in return as you move towards your weight loss goal.
