GET ALL THE BENEFITS OF CONNECTING
• PERSONALIZED PROGRAMS. Create a complete training program tailored to your fitness and health goals, including cardio, strength and other activities. You’ll receive access to exercise instructions and track your results via MyWellness on any Technogym equipment.
• APPS: Logging into Technogym equipment gives you access to popular apps, such as Netflix, Pinterest, Pandora and Facebook. And, once you link your favorite apps to your account, you can open them whenever you’re logged in on Technogym, saving you time to focus on your workout. You can log MOVEs manually or sync with other apps such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin and MapMyFitness.
• HAVE FUN. Join in-club challenges, train and improve your challenge ranking and view the leaderboards in real time.
• MEASURE PROGRESS. Keep track of your measurements (weight, body fat percentage and more) and compare your progress over time.
