Elle vous permettra également d’accéder à votre programme d’entraînement personnel. En enregistrant chacun de vos entraînement, vous pourrez suivre l’évolution de vos performances !

POURQUOI UTILISER L’APP TC TRAINING CENTER?
- ENTRAÎNEMENT: réception de votre programme personnalisé ; accès aux instructions ou aux vidéos d’ exercices ; enregistrement de chacun de vos entraînement grâce à la connexion aux machines Technogym.
- MOTIVATION : Votre coach TC vous donne chaque semaine un but à atteindre basé sur votre style de vie.
- ACTIVITES : Garde des traces de toutes vos activités en synchronisant les données que vous avez enregistrées via d’autres applications telles que Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings
- MESURES CORPORELLES: Enregistre vos mesures pour visualiser vos progrès, synchronisation avec les balances Withings.
