No more physical vouchers! Lycamobile ePOS is a top-up app for prepaid numbers. In Germany and Switzerland, it also offers retailers the option to register Lycamobile SIMs for their customers. The app enables retailers to top-up customers prepaid connections with the desired denomination. All it requires is a retailers POS login credentials and they are ready to top-up on behalf of their customers!
How does it work?
> Retailer enters existing POS login credentials and signs in to the app
> Application language is automatically set to local language
> Retailer initiates a top-up for a subscriber
> An ePIN voucher appears on the mobile screen and is shared with the subscriber
> In Germany and Switzerland, a retailer can register a customer’s SIM by scanning the ICCID, MZR code present on an identity document and pictures of the proof of identity
App Features
Transaction History: Helps maintain past top-up voucher records in a systematic way with the list of used and unused PINs
Transaction Search: Details such as date, denomination, vouchers etc. are all clearly displayed for each voucher generated
Previous PIN: Gives retailers the option to view the last PIN and use it in case it wasnt
Secure: Only registered retailers can log in to the app with their POS credentials
Registration: Feature only available for German and Switzerland retailers; enabling them to register SIMs for their customers
