Description
Stress doesn’t wait for a quiet moment.
It shows up before a meeting, after a stressful message, while sitting in the car, or at the end of a long day.
Maina is a micro-breathwork app for real life stress.
Start with a breathing check to see how you’re handling stress. Then use the Sigh, a simple guided breathing exercise to calm your mind quickly. Build a breathwork habit and see what changes over time using simple mood check-ins, breathing checks, and Apple Health metrics like heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate (RHR), movement, and sleep.
How Maina works:
• Check your breathing
Get a baseline for how your body may be responding to stress.
• Use micro-breathwork
Practice short guided breathing exercises for calm, focus, and unwinding.
• Build a habit
Stay consistent without needing a long meditation routine.
• See what changes
Connect Apple Health to see how your breathwork practice is affecting your HRV, RHR, movement, sleep, and more.
• Stay private
Your sensitive health information stays securely on your device.
Maina is not another app asking you to meditate for 30 minutes. It is a practical breathwork tool for real life stress.
Thanks for giving Maina a try.
If it’s not the right fit yet, you might explore other meditation, sleep, breathwork, and relaxation apps like Calm, Headspace, Insight Timer, Reveri, Breathwrk, Stoic, Balance, Waking Up, Ten Percent Happier, Aura, or Mindshine.
