Makeup Designs is the perfect app to make yourself look stunning! If you ever thought that having the same makeup over and over again just looks extremely boring, then this app is exactly for you! Makeup Designs is the only app of its kind on the App Store and features many makeup design tutorials. The designs are specifically chosen so that they can be done by yourself at home – some can be even done in 10 min. Every tutorial consists of step-by-step instructions and high resolution images, each targeted specifically at someone, who is not an expert. And what if you really like a particular design? Mark it as one of your favorites so its always at your fingertips. And when youre done, you can take a photo of the finished design and upload it to Facebook or Twitter, so everyone knows, what an artist you are. Dont waste your $$$!!!

Ok, this app gives you like 12 beauty tips-but ladies they are all the ones we already know!! Also, they have models to show different types of makeup. Seriously? I use quotes to say models as these women are NOTHING that I OR my makeup game would strive to accomplish. It looks like they took a bunch of ex-meth heads and slapped some concelear and fake eyelashes and said well do an app! And well tell them to smile when they apply blush as it enhances their cheekbones! I mean Eureka! This is something Ive known since idk...prob birth! Lol! Anyhow, just dont waste the $$ even though its 99 cents. Add a penny and give that dollar to someone who needs it more.

I am not a makeup person because I love the brown skin God created me in. However, the foundation tutorial is the topic of this review. I mainly look at the instructions for foundation applying and its absolutely wonderful. Only concern is the incompatibility for the camera to work in the app; it doesnt work for iPhone 5 or SE. Fix soon please. God bless & peace.

Great Potential but grossly Misrepresented

After viewing the free portion with disappointment, I thought maybe Id see a lot more ideas on the upgrade so I paid to upgrade. That was a mistake. I should have just deleted. All most all tutorials are based off of basically the same concept. There are probably less than 100 to choose from compared to the 1000+ advertised. Youll get a lot more ideas, and much more creative beautiful ideas off of Pinterest and google. That being said, the app has a lot of potential to add many more styles like those find on Pinterest, google, YouTube, etc or at the very least linking to them. They could also link to some potential makeups. Id like to see them compare organic makeup, like many found on Etsy, versus big brand name choices. I hope it improves tremendously in a short amount of time or it was a significant waste of money. A beginner knows how to apply makeup for these effects.
