Description
This app, developed with expert faculty, has been revised to reflect updated guidelines for the treatment of invasive aspergillosis. Other additions include a review of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic factors relevant to the treatment of invasive mold infections, as well as an expanded discussion of antifungal stewardship principles.
The molds Aspergillus and Mucormycetes can cause invasive infection in a diverse population of patients, generally those who are immunocompromised due to existing disease or its treatment. Stay up to date with this most current version of the app.
