Description
I) Add Edit View Search patient Biodata with Basic Medical Informations
2) Add any type of new foaled according to your specialized area and add and retrieve data related to the patient
(This is a Unique thing in this app because Doctors are specialized in different areas so they may want different field of data so I made them to be able to add new fields and delete those field if they field it is no more necessary. You can add fields in settings )
For example a Dr want heart related reading for patients he can add a field Heart or Heart Beat or Pulse , then he can be able to add records to the field and view the records by choosing Field Name then click button to view it will show all records entered which is for the person and for the field.
3) Add treatment records and search by date gap for a patient
4) Add photograph for each patient and view it and zoom it
5)Handle appointments by auto SMS facilities on making appointment and on canceling appointments. You may send reminders too.
