Margins keeps your notes organized by book and page number. Each note can contain a quote and a comment, so you know exactly what caught your attention and precisely what you thought about it. You can even search for keywords in your notes. Try doing that with paper! Margins keeps bibliographic information right beside your notes, and if your book has an ISBN it can even look it all up for you.
