His real name is Shoichi Sano. Born in Tokushima City as a doctor, majored in electrical engineering at Waseda University Science and Engineering Department. In 1928, he worked as a novelist, announcing a detective story named "An Electric Bath s Phantom Dying Case" in 1928 (Showa 3). Since then, he left numerous works in detective story, science fiction, as well as juvenile novels.
