MatchBoard is a cross between a local chat room and a community bulletin board. It shows you a list of people that are nearby, as well as their "bulletin" theyre broadcasting out. Click to see their profile and pics, chat with them, and to see links to their social networks. Use MatchBoard to:
- Buy and sell goods and services
- Make new friends wherever you go
- Promote your small business
- Find volunteers for a local organization / initiative
- Send out blast announcements to your community
For any reason you could possibly want to connect with members of your local community, you can put it on MatchBoard! It allows you to walk around, broadcasting a bulletin that others can see and message you about.
We all walk around with these brilliant pieces of technology in our pockets, yet there is no way for these devices to connect community members for practical, purposeful connections. MatchBoard solves this.
