Description
MCollectorate app helps department officers to create petitions, assign petitions and track petition status real time. It helps users to find out overdue petitions, last week, last month petitions based on role and owners. Users can login and quickly access petitions requiring actions in his/her queue immediately. User can Reassign petitions to other users in hierarchy and provide comments for reassignment.
App also helps users to take actions at right time by alerting users ahead of resolution date. App can send SMS, push and email notifications to users.
