Meditation Beats (MediBeats) is the best app for meditation to specific frequencies used throughout history and new ones too! Great for stress relief and healing. It uses Ancient Tones, Solfeggio Frequencies and special TBSW waves specifically for meditation and healing effects. It Has ALL of the solfeggio frequencies, Schumann resonance frequencies, universal healing frequencies and more. Presets Include Special Frequencies For : 1. Liberation of Guilt and Fear 2. I am a nurse, and was introduced to your apps during a reiki training course I took a few years ago. After researching healing frequencies and using myself as a guinea pig, I am a huge believer! I think its another prophylactic way to prevent illnesses, and be at optimum health! So many things in our lives drag us down, and this is my nightly ritual to rejuvenate! This is my favorite app youve made so far! Currently working on astral travel...thank you! This has honestly transformed me! Ps..thank you for increasing the time to 8 hours..I desperately needed that!

Its this app almost daily! It puts me in a perfect state of meditation. Its a fantastic way to get to the place you need to address. I have a whole folder of Brians apps. Anyone should check out his website.

I love those frequencies! Theyre great for meditation and others purposes, for example astral travel (no, havent made one yet - but i feel im very close).

Still not much that I have experienced with this. 528 hz has been found to be detrimental so not sure if it should be on here. Research frequencies before playing and use at own risk. Will update if I feel any changes with the others.
