Description
Medical Toolkit (MediKit) allows organisations to manage, edit and publish clinical resources to mobile and tablet devices using an intuitive web-based Content Management System (CMS). Resources can include:
•hospital handbooks
•algorithms
•guidelines and protocols
•scoring calculators, e.g. GCS, SEWS, Rockall
•education/training materials
•contacts, bleeps and telephone numbers
Additionally, the same content can also be accessed via web browsers with no additional work.
Clinicians can ensure they remain current with the latest clinical resources and are kept up-to-date as and when changes are made via an automated alerting feature.
Built-in audit and tracking ensures that organizations know exactly what clinicians are finding useful and what content they are accessing, when and how, through detailed Google Analytics reporting.
Changes and new material can be added to the app directly by the healthcare organisation, without the need for technical expertise or at any additional cost.
Multiple collections of resources can be bundled together within the same app ensuring that clinicians have easy access to what is relevant to their specialty or area of practice.
Finally, the app ensures that clinical resources are available both online and offline so use is possible without connectivity to the Internet or mobile data service.
