For people with no medical knowledge, of which we are probably the majority, Ive found this to be a great, handy little app. In fact, its probably meant more for people like me than, say, a doctor or other medical professional. I dont know why A) people expect every app in the store to be a complete, professional guide for experts when they dont describe the app as that and B) why professionals or "Experts" have to knock an app for not being what it never claims to be? I have a couple of Chillingos other apps (Lexisgoo Dictionary and iChillout) and they are great, unique apps...and no, I dont work for them or have any affiliation. I just like their stuff.

I Like It A Lot!
Great reference tool!
This app puts two very useful tools, the medical dictionary and acronym reference, in the palm of your hand. As an LPN attending PA school next spring, I try to learn as much as I can thru my job to prepare myself. This program allows me to look up these acronyms and medical terms quickly and efficiently.
Like this
This is a great application for people who wants basic info on medical terms and medical words . Ive just installed it yesterday and ive learned a lot since. Dream dict. very nice .
Pretty good,,, very informative..
Although, it could use a way to connect to some sort of medical database for additional information and updates.
Its pretty good
Im in school to be a pharmacy tech and I thought this app would help. Its a good app its just missing a lot of Sig codes and abbreviations. I hope any updates in the future will add moreStill great for 2 bucks. Good buy!
Not good, Waiting for improvement...
Second review I am giving, I am still not having any luck with this dictionary... i.e. words I have looked up unsuccessfully: Hydrosalpinx, Panus, or Pannus, Hyperemiea, Hyperemic..... every word I have searched has not been there. No reason to keep this on my phone!
The BEST!
I purchased this app. so I may learn medical acronyms better and this sure does help. I also like the fact the their is a button that dictates the word to you. I will use this for reference for my upcoming tests. ohh n for 1.99 well worth it, I would buy this if it was 5 bucks
