1. Based on your own personal profile and the Mediterranean diet, the app will create customized recommendations, including recipes, for what and how much to eat for all of your meals and snacks.
2. If you don’t want the choice, tap the meal to get a new recommendation or tap on individual items to get substitutes.
3. If you prefer, enter your own meal and get suggestions to make it healthier.
4. Plan your meals up to a week in advance and create a grocery list based on your meal plan.
5. Eating out? Get the best choices straight from over 200 chain restaurant menus and recommendations for foods typically found on menus of Asian, Italian, American restaurants plus many more.
