Description
medQIP provides a seamless care network of communication between nephrologists, access surgeons, and dialysis facilities. MedQIP focuses on reducing catheter contact time, maximizing fistula use and improving the ESRD-QIP score for dialysis facilities by allowing each provider to select key alert notifications which pertain to his/her scope of practice.
This is the iPad app that dialysis facilities use to enter new patients and record visit records to keep the entire care team informed when there are issues.
