Description
Do you take multiple medications and sometimes forget or worry about missing your dosages? MedTrak keeps track of all of your medications and sends reminders to your iPhone when its time to take your next dose.
Features include:
- Lists all of your current medications taken including prescription number, pharmacy, Doctor, and dosage amount
- Track your history of medications and times taken
- Alerts sent to your iPhone to remind you when your next dosage is due (sent via iPhone push notifications. Does not require the app to be running to receive notifications)
- Give feedback to your doctor on how youve been feeling with the included Mood Tracker.
Note: This app utilizes iPhone push notifications for providing your dosage reminder and should not cause you to incur any additional fees beyond your data plan.
