With the “My konrad” app for iOS you can easily find a konrad bike, cargo bike or e-cargo bike at the stations in Konstanz, hop on and start cycling straight away - around the clock, all with your smartphone! The app simplifies borrowing and returning and always shows you the available Konrad bikes in your area.
1. Easy borrowing and returning:
Select the bike you want at the station, scan the QR code or enter the bike number and youre ready to go. The app supports you with the return by showing you the nearest station.
2. Manage your customer account:
Keep track of your loans, manage your customer account and redeem vouchers. Everything from the comfort of your smartphone.

Easily find the nearest stations and available bikes in your area.
