Mentor Duke is an iOS mobile application (app) designed to track mentoring interactions for both mentees and mentors. Mentees can add Duke mentors as well as outside mentors to their team. Mentees can set career development goals and monitor their progress reaching those targets. Meetings with mentors are easily documented recording participants, topics discussed and duration. Follow up meetings can be scheduled directly from the application. Mentors will be notified when added to a mentor team and can record and track additional mentoring activities supporting the mentee (for example manuscript or grant review, etc). Since most individuals receive mentoring and also provide mentorship, one can easily switch between these roles within the application. Any Duke user with a valid NetID and Apple mobile device can use the Mentor Duke application.
