Choose from various recipe sets, each featuring a single, combined shopping list for the entire 3-day period. Every ingredient is selected to be easily found at your favorite grocery store.
PERSONALIZED NUTRITION PLAN
Your personalized nutrition plan and daily calorie goals are calculated based on your data. However, you can adjust your calorie levels anytime with a simple slider in your profile. Recipes and quantities will update automatically to match your new goal.
REWARDING BALANCE
Enjoy a scheduled "Day Off" every 7th day to eat more freely. Need a break sooner? You can turn any day into a Day Off whenever life happens.
FLEXIBILITY
You can freely mix recipes between days or repeat your favorites. Consistency is key, not perfect structure.
SUBSCRIPTION
The app is free to use for the first week. To continue your journey after the trial ends, a monthly subscription is required.
