MetLife Worldwide Benefits is making it easier for you to manage your health care with our latest mobile application. Available anytime, anywhere, you can easily and securely access your member information and services that include claims, ID card, policy documents and local provider search.
Features include:
-View ID card with ability to email or submit a request for new card
-Ability to search and contact local provider
-Directions with GPS enabled turn-by-turn navigation
-Submit, save or check on claims
-User friendly navigation to obtain payment allocation for processed claims
-Desktop and mobile application compatibility that lets you start a claim on one platform and finish it on another
-Access to your policy documents including the Schedule of Benefits
