Cette application m’indique, à la première ouverture, qu’elle ne supporte pas les éléments WavTap, Soundflower (2ch) et Soundflower (64ch) de mon iMac de 2011 sous OS X Yosemite version 10.10.3. Il s’avère qu’elle ne fonctionne pas : quelle est son utilité sur mon Mac, dans ce cas ? Je pense qu’une mise à jour s’impose très fortement car j’ai hâte de voir ses compétences. Merci par avance aux développeurs de prendre en compte mon commentaire.

• Menu Bar Icon
Any current microphone or camera activity is displayed in the menu bar. The menu also shows a list of connected audio/video devices.
• Overlay
An on-screen overlay is shown while the microphone or camera is turned on to make sure you won’t miss it even if the menu bar isn’t currently visible.
• Logging
Never miss any microphone or camera activity, even in your absence. Every status change is logged to a file, so you can review it later to find suspicious activities.
• Notifications
Micro Snitch shows notifications when devices become active or inactive. You can also enable notifications when devices are connected or disconnected.
• Accessibility
Micro Snitch plays nicely with the accessibility features built into OS X, like VoiceOver. By pressing a configurable hotkey, Micro Snitch shows the current microphone or camera activity textually, which VoiceOver reads automatically.

Bonne idée de départ pourtant...
Pas mal mais
Erreur à l’ouverture qui me précise que l’application ne fonctionne pas avec FaceTime HD Camera ce qui n’était pas le cas avant la mise à jour. Cela concerne également Soundflower (16ch) et Soundflower (2ch) depuis la version 1. Du coup, pas fiable du tout pour l’instant sur un MacBook Pro 15 Retina 2013. A améliorer svp.
Ne fonctionne plus
Avant la mise à jour, certes le détecteur restait activé lorsqu’on lançait une application nécéssitant la caméra, mais au moins, on savait quand elle était active. Depuis cette update, FaceTime Camera HD n’est plus détecté … ce qui rend l’application totalement inutile. Merci de corriger ce problème. MacBook Air 2014

J’ai acheté l’application et jusque la tout se passais bien et la j’apprends que mon mac n’est plus compatible avec l’app Vraiment de l’argent jeté par les fenêtres

Tut, was es soll und das sehr elegant. Nun muss man der Software nur noch wie einem Klebchen über der Cam vertrauen. ;-)
bestimmt ein nützliches Programm - aber für wen?
App begeistert gekauft, installiert, geöffnet: Keines meiner Geräte wird unterstützt, nicht mein Bildschirm-Audio, nicht mein stets angeschlossenes Standard-Diktiergerät. Für die paar Cent mache ich mir jetzt nicht die Mühe der Rückgabe des Programms Mein dringender Rat: Kauft nicht dieses nutzlose Programm. Es sammelt Euer Geld ein. Es hilft Euch nicht, wenn ihr Eure Hardware professionell einsetzt. Und: Braucht man es sonst?
