Device IS offline since it reported a full tank ... Deshumidifier .. it was a PAIN to registre in the first place and After 1 night of usage i had to empty the tank since then the device IS grayed out and the app only propose to delete it ... What happened to m'y device ?

I’m having exactly the same problem that everyone else seems to be having. One of the things that drew me to this particular model of dehumidifier, (besides the huge bucket and the fact that I can have it dumped directly into the sink) was the fact that I would be able to monitor it online through Alexa. Well I can’t even register, let alone monitor it online. White offer something when you know that it’s not going to work?

Használhatatlan. Nem tud csatlakozni. Nem látja a csatlakoztatott eszközt. Ha véletlenül be tudok lépni, akkor sem kezeli. Azt mutatja hogy be van kapcsolva, aztán mikor hazaerek 30 fok van a lakásban, és kikapcsolt állapotú klíma. Csinálják meg. Külön fizettem érte
