Description

MigrantApp is developed by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to provide migrants in Mesoamerica with easy access to information about organizations and services available for them in Mesoamerica. It is the first application of “MigApp”, IOM’s global endeavour to provide information through apps to migrants around the world. MigrantApp gives migrants easy access to trustworthy information and contact information on entities that offer services to migrants: embassies, consulates, migration offices, hospitals and civil society organizations. It also gives information on regular migration options and requirements and lets migrants receive alerts about emergencies in the country or region in where they are travelling, as well as contacts for emergency assistance.
