It uses a touch screen as a ruler or tape measure to make quick measurements, split objects into equal parts, measure object ratio (W/H), measure area, estimate diameter and angles, and split circular objects into equal parts. Place an object on the screen and simply touch and move rulers to measure it. You can measure in different units: MILLIMETERS or INCHES. Nützlich und ohne Schnickschnack programmiert. Vermisse aber eine Möglichkeit zum Ändern der Hintergrundfarbe oder bessere Eingrenzung eines Area of Interest.

Auf den zweiten Blick ein sehr vielseitiges Tool. Messen von Strecken, Flächen und Kreisen mit Flächenberechnung. Alle gemessenen Strecken lassen sich in beliebig viele gleich große Partitionen unterteilen (z.B. 100 mm = 2 Teile á 50mm, 3 Teile á 33,33mm, 4 Teile á 25mm, usw) Die Anzahl der Unterteilungen und deren Länge werden angezeigt. Bei Kreisen werden die Winkel der Unterteilungen angezeigt. Außerdem lassen sich alle Werte auch numerisch eingeben, Alles in allem eine sehr gelungene App. wobei die Optik mittlerweile nicht mehr dem aktuellen, cleanen Standard entspricht.

but I do love I found u ~ however, I find I do not use u. I am a Jeweler and Potter that needs mm and inch measurements visually as well (represented as a ruler would) The grid is more than 2 mms, so visually it is easier to use my good ole completely off brass calipers. Aggghhhhh!!!! The concentric measurement could come in handy with pottery. Show me true mms, and I would be happy.

Auf meinem iPad stimmte die Skalierung nicht. Ein kurzer Mailaustausch mit dem Entwickler und schon funktioniert alles. Gerade keinen Meßschieber zur Hand? Das Vermessen mit dem iPad war noch nie so einfach. Egal ob Längen oder Durchmesser, einfach die Meßlinien von beiden Seiten anschieben und den Wert ablesen. Für mich eine super nützliche App. Danke.
