They may view their avatar, upgrading it using points they’ve earned from hitting daily activity goals. LEARN SKILLS Learn skills by scanning MILO packs to unlock new content: The MILO Champ Squad app allows you and your child to scan MILO packs to unlock sports content and earn points. The content includes training tips, lessons about the values kids can learn through sport. Become a champion with challenges and badges: To put the skills into practice, your child will be set various skills challenges to complete, which will encourage them to get more active. When children achieve these challenge goals, they are rewarded with Champ points to use to update their avatar’s swag, found in the Champ Shop. IMPROVE NUTRITION With the easy to use MILO Nutrition Assistant, you can plan your child’s meals with a few simple clicks. Simple Meal Planner: Using the apps nutrition interface menu, see how many kilojules your child is burning each day, and plan meals accordingly. This keeps track of their nutrition and progress with ease. Food facts: The meal planner also shows a detailed breakdown of the nutritional content of each food item, so you can keep track of exactly what your child is eating.
