• Location-based planetary hours
• Personalized reflective insights
• Gentle reminders
• Lock Screen widget
• Private iCloud sync
Quick emotional check-ins
Log how you feel with a single tap, then add an optional note to capture the “why” behind the moment. Gentle prompts encourage reflection with curiosity and compassion, never judgment.
Discover emotional patterns
See how your moods evolve over time and throughout different parts of the day. Trends help you notice when you tend to feel calm, energized, grounded, or emotionally intense.
Awareness in every hour
Mindful Hour uses the traditional planetary hours as a gentle framework for mindfulness and self-awareness. Each planetary hour is personalized to your local sunrise and sunset, creating a unique rhythm for your day.
Gentle insights for reflection
Receive thoughtful reflections shaped by your recent check-ins, mood patterns, and planetary hours. On supported devices with Apple Intelligence, personalized insights help you notice how your emotional rhythm may shift or continue throughout the day, with gentle nudges and journal reflections to explore what emerges.
Stay connected throughout your day
Optional reminders, Lock Screen updates, and thoughtful notifications help you pause and check in throughout the day. You’re always in control and can adjust or pause notifications anytime.
Designed for clarity and privacy
No clutter. No overwhelm. Mindful Hour is designed to feel calm, intentional, and easy to use across iPhone and iPad, so you can focus on what matters most: noticing how you feel. Your Mindful Hour data is stored privately in iCloud and remains associated with your Apple account.
Mindful Hour is intended for personal reflection and general wellness. It is not a replacement for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
50% of profits from Mindful Hour support the Tripura Foundation, helping bring light and education to communities in need.
