She is also a Visiting Teaching Fellow at Oxford University Medical School in recognition of her years of teaching of medical students there, and a Patron of two charities, Anxiety UK and the National Centre for Domestic Violence. Author of four books, the Clinical Hypnosis Textbook; You Can Be Amazing - Transform your life with hypnosis; You can think yourself Thin and The Source - A Manual of Everyday Magic which is now in translation in 9 languages. In 2007 she had her own TV series Sex, Lies and Hypnosis in which she worked with couples in crisis. Since 2000 she has been teaching clinical hypnosis to medical students at many UK Universities including Oxford and Cambridge.
